Where to start

Setting up a new HighLevel account? Use them in this order.

Register for texting. Before anything else, use the A2P 10DLC kit to write your campaign registration and publish the SMS wording on your website. Approval takes time, so start early.
Import clean contacts. Run your existing list through the Contact CSV Cleaner so phone numbers, names and duplicates are fixed before they enter the CRM.
Write your core messages. Draft reminders and follow-ups with the Merge Field Previewer, then check their length and cost in the SMS Segment Calculator.
Catch the leads you're missing. Put a number on unanswered calls with the Missed Call Revenue Calculator and set up a text-back workflow.
Grow reviews and track what works. Create your review link and QR card, and tag every campaign link with the UTM Link Builder.

Are these tools really free?

Yes. Every tool is free to use with no account, no trial and no usage limit. The site is supported by a small number of clearly labelled ads.

Is my data stored or sent anywhere?

No. The tools run in your browser. Files, messages and business details are processed on your own device. Some tools remember your last inputs in your browser's local storage for convenience, and you can clear that at any time.

Are these official HighLevel tools?

No. They are independent tools built by Saad Bin Yousaf, a HighLevel systems builder. They are not affiliated with or endorsed by HighLevel Inc.

Do they only work with HighLevel?

They are designed around HighLevel's fields and workflows, but most are useful with any CRM: SMS segment counting, A2P 10DLC copy, CSV cleaning, review links and UTM links all work the same way elsewhere.
